1. When should I order my stationery?

We suggest wedding invitations should be sent out at least 2 months before the day (save the date cards can be sent out earlier).We will need approximately 6 to 8 weeks to complete an order so this needs to be added on to the time. Obviously the more notice the better and we will endeavour to complete an order as soon as possible.

 

2. Can I change the colour and the font of the design?

Yes, all our designs are handcrafted therefore can be adapted to your own personal requirements. We will do our best to match your colour scheme although we may not be able to match exactly but will be as close to it as possible. Our wording & fonts are a guide only, please ask us if we can do a particular font you like as I'm sure we can oblige.

 

3. What if I find an error in the inserts or I don't like part of the design once it has been agreed?

The final proof is a very important step as we regret we cannot rectify or re-make any designs after the proof has been signed off by yourselves. Whilst we will try to accommodate your amendments please be aware that the stationery is handcrafted and can often take several weeks to prepare. We therefore reserve the right to reject certain change requests if there is insufficient time to make them.

 

4. Do you have a minimum order?

No, there is no minimum order.

 

5. How much is postage and packing?

If you live in Bournemouth & the surrounding area we will endeavour to deliver your order personally. If you are further afield then postage and packing will be charged at cost.
