Terms & Conditions

1. All stationery is individually handcrafted, therefore there may be slight variations between cards. Please also note that ink is not always watertight, therefore Jerigo Design cannot be held responsible for water damage to cards once orders have been despatched, although if posted all items will be despatched in waterproof packaging.

2. Proof reading is the responsibility of the client. Jerigo Design cannot be held responsible for any errors that go unnoticed after the proofs have been approved.

3. A 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid to secure an order. Orders under £100 or required in under 4 weeks of order need to be paid in full. The balance needs to be paid 14 days before dispatch of your order.

4. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any price increase will not affect orders already confirmed with a deposit.

5. Once an order has been dispatched, Jerigo Design is not responsible for any loss or damage.

6. All orders are subject to stock availability. Customers will always be notified of any delay or problems with the supply of materials.

7. Cancellations can be made up to 5 days after you have paid your deposit. After that, a percentage will be charged depending on production. If the order has been completed the full balance must be paid.

8. Payments to be made either by cheque (payable to Mrs Clare Smith) or via Paypal - please ask for further details.
